VU Rooftop

Toronto, Ontario

This sprawling 20,000 square foot rooftop amenity space is heavily utilized by its residents. The goal for this project was to design a variety of multifunctional zones by means of commercial grade furniture, along with landscape softening features.

The design team at OIBD developed a variety of personal spaces that can be used by their condominium community resulting in a sense of privacy within a large-scale functional space.
